  The 2026 blend marries the aromatic lift of Touriga Nacional with the structure of Cabernet, the plushness of Merlot and the spice of Shiraz.  Made in small batches, because quality outweighs quantity. 

Who is Hazel?

One harvest day, a young girl ran down the vine rows with nothing on her mind but the grapes. Hazel was buzzing with excitement, hunting for the darkest, ripest red fruit she could find. She came back with purple fingers, a stained smile and a pile of grapes she was very proud of.

It was a small moment, and it stuck with us. It captured everything we love about harvest: the joy, the discovery and the pride in what comes from the vines. So when we made our small-batch red, the name was easy. Hazel's Field Blend is a wine that tastes like the vineyard felt to her: warm, generous and full of discoveries.

Tasting notes

• Colour: deep ruby-red
• Nose: ripe forest fruit, a hint of spice
• Palate: gentle tannins, plush fruit, a touch of earthiness
• Finish: soft, spiced, lingering

 How to serve it

• Serve slightly cool, around 16–18°C. In a warm room, give the bottle 15–20 minutes in the fridge.
• Open it 20–30 minutes before pouring so it can breathe.
• Use a large-bowled glass.
